EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
(U) 325th Milita Intelli ence Battalion arralansett Rhode Islan. 94th RRC . The Fay / Jones Report identified 29 Soldiers outside the 37 Tie I' Company as implicated in abuses involving detainees at Abu Ghraib prison. On 2 September, Forces Command referred the names of 11 of these who are apparently Reserve Soldiers to this office. Seven fall under the 325th MI Battalion; only one, a medic, is outside the MI community; one may be a National Guard asset. This office is busy ensuring all the named Reserve Soldiers are flagged, and is checking their ETS and REFRAD dates. This office has not yet, however, received classified disks that contain classified findings with respect to the Soldiers. Hence, this office cannot yet advise as to precisely what misconduct these Soldiers may have engaged in, and cannot yet coordinate any adverse actions with their Reserve commands or servicing Active Component installations. The attached matrix, which is extracted from the Fay / Jones Report, contains the relevant Soldiers' names and some other relevant data.
