On 25 June at approximately 1500hrs, I phoned the 28 th CASH t request a list of all medical personnel tasked to support Abu Ghraib prison.Estated the 28 th CASH had no personnel assigned to Abu Ghraib but that they di support prisoners form Abu Ghraib when they were transported to their facility to receive medical support. He provided a list of all PAs or doctors assigned to the CASH form Mid November to Mid December. Document is attached.
