This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Mohammad Hashim Abdul Rahim, a detainee who died at Camp Bucca, It is reported that Mr. Rahim was brought to the guard shack by other detainees who found him unconscious and bleeding. The Report states that Mr. Rahim was unconscious, breathless and without a pulse. CPR & other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him.
