NARRATIVE
2. On 151=04, a Request for Assistance (RFA) was received from the
US Army 3D Military Police Group cam, Bagra* Air Field. The RYA
tasked NCISRA Guantanamo Bay (GINO) to interview Massaro BEM, a
British citizen detained at GTMO.

2. On 16DEC04, BEGO was interviewed at the OTMO detention facility
by Reporting Agent (RA) and Participating Agent (PA). BING was asked
specific questions that were provided by CID. WOG was extremely
cooperative and answered all questions without incident. The
interview centered on BMWs allegations that he was physically
abused by US personnel while he was detained in Afghanistan circa
FEB02 to FR303.
3. 11200 stated civilian and military personnel in Xandahar and
Dagram, Afghanistan physicall abused him.. EWE wee able to identify
two Federal BureaU Of Invent atiOn (FRI) personnel that may have
been involved in his abuse, ibis (1).pertains. The abuse alleged
by BEM included being punch , slapped and kicked. DEGO also claims
he was threatened with being sent to Egypt where he would be sexually
assaulted and electrocuted if he did not csmitlae. • BEGS alleges the
same PEI personnel, whom he identified as IIIIIIP and 01111111/
forced him to sign a confession at OTMO in FEB03.
4.. 31100 declined to provide a written statement. Be has retained a
civilian lawyer and stated based on the advice of counsel, he• chose
not to make a written statement. NCISRA GINO has completed the lead
tasking.
