3201" MP BN TOC notified of missing prisoner at 1335 hrs. Immediately Hard Site was locked down, swept and headcount of prisoners started. ECP (E), (W) closed, all LSA's secured, and all perimeter towers notified of situation. Additional personnel called to respond to search with K9 teams. Orange jumpsuit was found near tiers 5, 6 and 7 in a porta-john. A footprint was found on top of wall at NE corner of facility next to yellow tower (recently installed). Footprint appeared fresh and is assumed to be from escapee. 372nd notified TOC of missing Iraqi Police from Hard Site at approximately 1415 hrs.

Further information gathered from 372 nd CP showed missing IP and Prisoner were friends and that IP signed missing prisoner out for work detail in tiers 5,6 and 7 of Hard Site at 1150 hrs.
