Per our conversation yesterday, these are recommendations I sent from Afghanistan during my short time there. I
advised yesterday that I was in Afgh in June 04, that is not accurate. As you can see from the attachment and
. email I was there in May 04...sorry about that.

fact, these should recommendations should be reviewed again. The value added in this docOment, however, is
that it presents a list of investigative tasks being performed by the FBI overseas. Any new FBI policy created re
overseas investigations should address these areas.
