A/588th was conducting raids on the homes of suspect targets FS2 and and FS3 in the Al 1 Dowasir district of Buhriz. Within 1-2 minutes of dismounting and preparing for house entry, v: c. began to take single shots of 1 AK47 fire from rooftops in vicinity of house FS3. We returned fire and conducted entry of that house and ittilinc , i , i mil!cs, one of which we identified as the shooter by his longer hair, which was observed by 1SG using PVS Hs as the suspect} was moving about the rooftops. I, WANT TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT UNDER OATH:
My platoon conducted a raid on Tgt FS3, home of in Buhriz on 16th November 0400 hrs. As soon as we started movement on the objective someone fired and continue to fire at us from the roof top of Tgt FS3. We entered the builinc and found an AK47 on the ground floor and one on the rooftop with spent casings around it. Four male detainees were taken from this objective including the the one suspected of doing the shooting at the Caolition forces. He's in mid 20s, slender with a hair dew. All four of them did not cooperate and resisted as much as possible.
