as set forth on the form FD-645 entitled "Warning and Assurance to Employee Required to Provide
Information" (Acknowledgment form), which I have read and signed. I understand from my
review of the Acknowledgment form that should I "refuse to answer or fail to reply fully and
truthfully" during this interview, which I further understand would place me in violation of the
Director's "Bright Line" pronounceinent, I can expect to be dismissed from the rolls of the FBI.
