<p>This document is the Claim for Compensation; documents in support of the claim; and correspondence from the Army Claim Service concerning a claim by an Iraqi/Swedish citizen for compensation for his alleged torture and other mistreatment following his arrest in Baghdad, Iraq in September of 2003. He claims he was imprisoned in El-Najaf for approximately 8 days and that during that time he suffered humiliation and physical abuse. He also claims that $79,000.00 in U.S. dollars, and his Mercedes, valued at $3,000.00 were lost which he wants to be reimbursed for.</p>
