<p>Military Police Report related to an Army CID investigation #0153-04-CID146-71446, alleging detainee abuse and reveling photographs depicting detainees being abused and mistreated. Investigation was initiated after a soldier's wife reported having seen images of detainee mistreatment on a CD after the soldier returned from Afghanistan. After review of the CD, the investigation determined that the allegations of detainee abuse were unfounded and that the Sergeant was not involved in detainee abuse.</p>
