Concerning the above referenced E—mail, I was tasked by my Section Chief, Toni M. Fogle, Internal
Investigations Section, Inspection Division (IIS/INSD), to respond to your request to re—review the
provided list of 263— cases and other names under Document Requests #5a and 5b in order to ascertain
if any of them were regarding detainee abuse allegations.
ACS, BPMS and all other available OPR/Inspection Division databases were searched for each case
and name. Results were negative regarding detainee abuse allegations.
Two exceptions:
Enclosures to a previously provided FD-302 concerning an interview of SA I
Sacramento Division, were located and a COPY was provrpri th,nnr. n nR/. 1/05. OGC. also
requested a copy of OPR file I on SA Boston, Division. This file
in the possession o SPV I Internai investigations nit 2,.IIS/INSD. SSAntly
on official travel. The file will be provided to OGC for copying on 09/06/05, upon
return.
