wit the acronyms, it protects our interests. The'information sharing provisions appear to be consistent withour
normal practices. .

Attached is the latest version of the MOU. This is edited from yesterdays version. See Article 4, Section A, para
(3) for changes. They Were o.k. with the allocation of personnel issue, although they'want to revisit it at a later
