Per AD Hulon's request, I am setting up a meeting with and
members at the.DAG.'s office to discuss,isSues relative to our mission
overseas in Iraq that could possibly impact our mission in Afghan. •
Specifically, we want to.try and iron out a few issues: the' intel—v. criminal
argument when questioning detainees (Iraq and/or Afghan); the use of
admonishments; DOD's role in the criminal process (their reluctance to id'
themselves after a'SSE); and any other issue that -has come up recently in Iraq
and possibly Afghan.
