As I am sure you are aware, I have serious questions of the legality of the Interrogation plans being
developed and implemented by the DHS for detainees at GTMO. I have previously sent you and HQ an
analysis of these issues but have not yet heard of any official responce.

within the counterintelligence field that raise serious questions of legality or propriety. If you have any
