They should grow up. I have told the J-AG So Corn people that I think the 'press is blowing-thia way out of
proportion. There are a relatively few people who saw anything. Unfortunately, they are getting hit in the -
cross fire that is really intended for Goniales. Furthermore,•,if they didrft treat people badly . .

Ok A little tense with the Military — But we are working through it A few jeers'and mean looks
directed at the Agents from some of the less mature military interrogators. But, on the Command
level we are in goOd standing —having provided.him 'advance notice of the FOIA releases, nothing
substantive just notice. Good or bad the Military seems to think I am your personal representative, -
and expect that ) have all the answers you have...A am and have been cautious not to make any ,
representations or honored any requests from - the JTF. without clearing. them with 'my chain of
command. Please let me know if I can help you with information or anything from' this angle.

I understand that JTF GTMO and SOUTHCOM have asked for
unredacted copies of ACLU released FBI e-mail via letter to Valerie. I
have also been informed that a Brigadier General (NFI) has been
appOinted to be the chief investigator of the FBI based abused
allegations. He is scheduled to arrive here at GTMO on Friday . I
request guidancaon providing inforMation to his team,.requests for
interviews of GTMO personnel etc.
