is investigating allegations that 'made about physical abuse after he was captured. In the preliminary
inquiry that the Navy has done to date, they say that he was likely in the custody of the Army or " os ibl CTC
and/or FBI personnel" at the times he says he was abused. (Interestingly, according to the Navy repOrts
no abuse while on board USS Bataan or USS Peliled or while at GTMO.)

It is NCIS. They have sent a description of.whatl--lhas said. He alleges.abuse at times before he got to
GTMO, not at GTMO. Basically, in Afghanistan and Pakistan (I think) from Americans dressed•in black (and
maybe some Army guys).
