'ISN 558 one of reported to his Tribunal
.via a written statement an allegation where he claims to be a victim of abuse.
He claims to have been mistreated by two FBI agents in Afghanistan who
returned to interrogate him at Guantanamo Bay and during' the interrogation at
GTMO threatened to "torture him more" it he failed ta confess .•
I have a Memorandum for Record from OARDEC describing 'the statement and will
forward that to Valerie•via fax. I have initiated the. process to obtain the
