We have not observed Coalition personnel engaged in any kind of abusive

behavior oward. detainees at the Abu. Ghurayb Prison. We.spoke to SA
(CTD, Fly Team), our High Value Detainee Interview Initiative team b6

team had observed abuses. Also, we spoke with SA (Miami Division) in.

I 'advised us of the investigation and we advised all agents working at
the prison to watch for any activity they considered abusive. Also, SAl I

and his team were aware of the alleged abuses and were equally. vigilant.

first hand knowledge of any abuses at Abu .G prison. If so, ,how did we handle
it. I know that we have been made aware of allegations in the past, but .1 do
not know of any instance where we had to make a.referral% Please advise as
