Today I talked to our guy aain, he said that he had received an email fro rom our new boss; I

I think we need to take all possible steps to allow our guys to give us their assessment of what is happening out
there. We have two very experienced operators at that facility, if they are telling us that they'do.nottrust the way
communications are being handled.right now we need to give them the opportunity to talk to us openly and •
directly. . .
I think it is not in our interest to send people to backfill these positions. until we have taken corrective action to '
' remedy the situation at'BIAP. .
