Asks question, "Were detainees ever removed by personnel from ODA 523 and later returned?" Same question is asked in Formica Annexes 100 - 104 (ACLU-RDI 2589-2593), but the name of the unit is redacted in the others. Most answer that the unit would take detainees for questioning for 15 to 45 minutes. Respondent states, "There was one guy who was bruised up but I don't know if he came in that way."</p>
