1 enalliallift I ant an 1130, Natal diticial Waif= Officer — SEAL. I have been in the Navy for 6 years, all as a SEAL. !have been here, in haq, since March, I believe I arrived on the 234 or 26*. I was pert of the ADVON, so 1 asived two weeks before the main body. My duty is m on assault teem leader and my collateral duty is to tum the tactical intenagatioe center. I manage the personnel who work in the interrogation facility. I =sinned an individual to ensure that we had adequate watch rotations in the 11C I also enured that we adhered to medical procedures.
We have a total of 4 corpsmen who've* et the TIC.. They are ISD corpsmen. which means they have been through SP medical training. One of these =prom has gone through the long course and he is an Independent Duty Corpsmen (IOC). The long course" refers to the most in-depth course that the SF has fix its personnel end itincludes the ability to prelate medications. The course Is approximately me year. The FOB Surgeon always helped us as needed. The FOB magma would review everymedical screening form for detainees completed when they in-processed. There is em a location on the form for the FOB surgeon to sign indiestiegthat be reviewed the form. Tice only signature on the form am the senior medic and an MP.
We had 35 detainees while I have been here. The most we ever had at one time was detainees, and this was right when we arrived. We did not have ell 12 for T2 hours. We had them for roughly 4S hours but I cannot remember exactly. The gist of it is that we Narrowed down to the individuals who were the principal targets as quickly as possible and turned the rat over to the MB detention facility. We got down to 2 • detainees and perfumed multiple operations with one of the individuals. He did not stay here for more than 14 days, as pretested by the MO and we coordinated his stay with the MO. No one stayed more than 14 days. The cooperating detain' ee van turned in to the MNII fecility and than we check him out and take him into town with us to identify • other house.. We could continue doing this after the 14 days. He would come with us for the identification and then go back to the detention facility. He could stay for 14 days in our facility and longer in the MNB facility. No one ever stayed in ow beaky for more
