I am. l am a Master of Anis, which is the equivalent of a military pollee officer in the Army. Only speciplly toineilaw enforcement Petenunel arc coosidaed to be Master at Arms. I have beal*afthis facility since I April 2004. 1 have been here the whole time wit! .f My respoasilities here we force protection *officer. logistics officer. and as pen of my force protection duties I train the detainee handling tendon. Our support mamma were all going to be used for.detainee handling, so I set up a training program that mirrors the pictipam. bale a much mom

process of mining than.. The first program was in the first or Second week of April and then we redid the program ie. May. In May we were revisiting .the program given the problems we were having down South, add the JAG Officer was handy in giving me input fromhis nip of view on chartgini some of the slides in the power point presentation.. I have never witnessed at any time anything I would consider a bleach of the code of conduct or the UCMJ. Our job wasn't to inflict any type of punishment or retribution on them it was merely to isolate them from the outside world so the

You don't want to live in filth and you don't want prisoners to live in filth: Everything in the facility wit of acceptable conditions. I walked in on interviews from time to dine.
