In the second, which took place on November 2, 2003, a service member died after his High Mobility Multi-purpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) drove over an explosive device. Includes two Agent's Investigative Reports, three sworn statements (one labeled "Iraqi Civilian"), and a page stating "Photo Denied in Full."
