This letter from the Staff Judge Advocate located at Command Joint Task Force Seven concerns a detainee being interned for "Participating in attacks on the coalition forces" is a form letter. The detainee's name is redacted. He is being interned at Abu Ghraib prison under the "Detention Review Authority (DRA) - 72 Hour Review".
