I find the resisted during each time that he was taken by the NSWTU and interrogated. He also passively resisted by suddenly falling to the ground on the rocks; thus injuring himself. He would also teen up against the concrete wet within the interrogation area and molt. The corpsman applied first aid to quits ut his medical condition. Each would ad no medical condition. However it was later d suffer from a pre existing condition that affects his skin and causes n motion of the feet. Once this information was obtained, the MEN corpsman took measures
