looked inside the adjacent interview room.. At that time I -saw another detainee aitting, on the. floor of.the interview
room . with an Israeli flag drapedaround him, loud being played and a strobe light fiashin9 l left the monitoring room immediately after seeing this -activity. I did not see any other parkins inside the intervieW•room With the Israeli flag draped detainee, but suspect that this was a pradlice used by the DOD OHS since the only • other persons inside the hallWay near thiS particular interview room were dretsed in green military fatigues,, • -similar to the.Ones worn by DOD .DHS and the OOD MP Uniformed Reservists. At no time didl observe any physical assaults take place of this detainee: nor anyothere , while assigned to GTMO.. • .
