Questions Concerning Activities at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMOI
Describe your role at GTMO and the approximate time frame.
If a member of an interview team, please explain the roles of the members which comprised your interview team.
Describe any aggressive treatment, interrogations or interview techniques employed on detainees at GTMO, which you witnessed or are aware of, which was not consistent with FBI or DOJ policy/guide/fines?
What, if any, was your understanding of Department of Defense authoription for the permitted use of harsh/aggressive interrogation techniques?
Describe bow you became aware of DOD authorized techniques.
In your opinion, was the aggressive treatment, interrogations or interview techniques employed on detainees at GTMO, which you witnessed or are aware of, consistent or • inconsistent with your understanding of DOD authorized activity? If inconsistent, how? Identify any other individuals who witnessed this activity.
Do you know the identity of either the detainee or the DOD employee/contractor, and the approximate date the incident occurred?
If you were aware of any treatment, interrogation or interview techniques employed at GTMO which was inconsistent with FBI/DOJ policy arid DOD authorized techniques, did you document or report it to anyone? If so, how and to whom did you report your concerns?
Please identify where the interviews occurred at GTMO which you believe may have been contrary to policy or authorized techniques.
Did you have any substantive contact with Military Police or other U.S. government personnel at GTMO regarding detainee's condition or treatment? Describe.
