treatment for his injuries. I 'denied going to fight jihad and

not AL QAEDA, no one will believe him. I 'stated he is

innocent. He went on to say that he has lied to interrogators in

b7F -1 the past. When asked what he lied about, he stated he could not recall all the lieu. He stated that as we talk, he well try to remember his lies.'H'was asked why he lied. He stated that he lied while in Bagram. He indicated he was in a lot of pain and both his legs were severely injured. He was not treated well by the guards and he was afraid if he told the truth, he would be treated worse. He wanted to receive medical treatment and'he was afraid if he told the truth, the Americans would amputate his leg(s).H
He went on to say that when he was captured he was not
armed; therefore, he cannot understand why he is in Cuba. He
