FBI Memo re: Interview of Detainee at Camp Delta, Guantanamo Bay

Interview of a detainee at Camp Delta, Guantanamo Bay. The detainee stated he was at the Kandahar airport for 2-3 months before being transferred to Guantanamo Bay. Stated he was treated harshly by the U.S. in Peshawar and Kandahar. Said he was beaten on the head, back, hands and feet. Also, that he could hear screaming and shouting, but could not see because his head was covered; and that he was put face down on the ground. After he was captured, he spent two or three months at the Kandahar airport. He was treated harshly by U.S. soldiers at Peshawar and Kandahar. He was beaten on the head, chest, back, bands and feet. He could hear people screaming and shouting but could not see them because his face was covered. He was put facedown on the ground. He does not remember any names of the other men who where with him at the Kandahar airport nor does he know anyone at Camp Delta who was there with him.
He could not reference any verses from the Qur'an regarding the killing of innocent women and children although he claimed to have been a teacher of the Qur'an before being captured. He is offended by the killing of innocent women and children.
He believes suicide is unlawful and forbidden in Islam. These are acts of extremists. The Qur'an does not specifically address suicide but refers to it in general.
