WANT TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT UNDER OATH:
I arrived at Abu Ghraib (AG) circa 18-20 October 03 and remained there until I went on emergency leave on 10 Feb 04. The end of my emergency leave was so close to my rotation date I was told to report back to my permanent duty station in Japan rather thanreturn to Iraq. I was placed on a new detail back to Iraq on 10 May 04 and that is my current duty station. While at AG from
October 03 to Feb 04 I had a series of duty assignments of approximate four weeks duration each. These duty assignments were to
screening, document exploitation, detainee transfer, tiger team and detainee assessment board.
