I arrived at Abu Ghraib on 21 October 2003 to conduct interrogation operations. When I first arrived to Abu Ghraib, I received a tour of the facilities, screening sites, Hard Site, and Camp Vigilant I also received - •.. ,gation Rules ofEngagement and a hand out on the IROEs which I signed.
