There was no interrogation being conducted at the time and the interrogator did not incite the dog." Finally he said "I was never aware of any Military Intelligence personnel telling MPs to "soften up" a detainee or give them "the treatment." I am refering to the treament being a bad thing."

I arrived at Abu Ghraibaround the 19th of October 2003 to work as an interrogator. Wh I first arrived to Abu Glintib, 1 received three days of training from the 205th personnel and one GTMO representative, 1 was also =attired b on interrogations.
