(FOUO) On 6 June 2004,1.11111111111111PC/USA, JIDC approached the undersigned and volunteered that he kept multiple records of several old operations files. Within these files are multiple logs concerning detainee movement within Tier 1. He also provided several requests for exception to IROE. 'vcd at JIDC in . • January 2004. He does not know the location of any other reco not already previously located.
