Interviewee arrived to AG in October 2003, was assigned to the prison.
Stated that he/she would receive instructions from MI regarding sleep management of detainees.
Stated that he/she was unaware of detainee humiliation, however, due to limited supplies knows some detainees given women's underwear.
Stated that he/she was aware of there being ghost detainees at the facility, stated that they were not be tracked, they were only supposed to be housed and fed (they were tracked as OGA1, OGA2, and so forth).
Recalled a detainee being brought in by two OGA personnel and two MPs; the detainee was brought to the shower room, the interviewee was called into the shower and determined the detainee was dead (stated the detainee was still handcuffed and had a sandbag over his head).

was all we bad sometimes. I was aware of "ghost' detainees These detainees were brought in by OGA. They were not accounted [or or kept tracked off. We were only supposed to house and feed them. We started keeping track of them bynumbering them OGA 1 OGA2 and so forth for an accurat comms of people in the prison OGA never asked to to mistreat or abuse detainees. I was present when OGA (a heavy individual about 5'2 or 5'3 and a very tall not clean shaven individual who reminded me of the Russian in the movie Rocky who spoke Arabic) brought in a detainee. It was shout 0430 when I was notified that OGA was banging in a detainee. Two MPs and the two OGA guys brought the detainee and took him to the shower mom. About 30-45 minutes late. 1 was called to come get the. detainee. When I arrived, the individual appeared to be dead. [ applied pressure to his chin and nothing happened. 1 was holding hue and he was dead weight. He still a sandbag over his bead and I took it off. I checked for his pulse and be had none. 1 called for the medical personnel and my chain of command. I took the handcuffs off.
