I arrived at Abu Ghraib on 22 October 2003 to conduct interrogation operations. When I first arrived to Abu Ghraih, I received a few classes from the 519th personnel on the jobs and roles of MI and MP personnel. There was an individual.from GTMO who gave us some insight on interrogations. We then took a tour of the facilities. We did receive the Interrogation Rules of
Engagement (IRDE) and a hand out on the IROEs which 1 signed. I do not remember receiving any information on the Geneva Convention. There was no doubt as to what was allowed and not allowed during interrogations. There was a huge poster with the

There was a time when I witnessed the use of dog but I do not know who used them or for what. The event happened at WOODSIDE. I was going to the site. When I arrived, I went left and trhe MP was coming from the right. I believe that happened in December. 1 reported it. There was another Lime iu November when an MP used loud music which I believe was used to control his sleep schedule for an interrogator. The music was pretty loud. .I do not know who was the MP or which detainee it was used on..When I first arrived, rules were more relaxed. .linen. iplined in completing an Interrogation Plan prior to entering the booth. I can't provide any specifics.. ould probably provide more information on detainee abuses.
