I am looking for some guidance. DOD military investigators (CID, NCIS) have reached out to SAs in the
field who MLDU sent TOY to Afghanistan. These contacts have been regarding allegations of detainee
abuse or deaths. The two calls I have fielded were requests to interview SAs as witnesses. Thus far, I
have had any SA who is contacted, refer the investigator to MLOU.
Can I get some guidance or clarification on how to proceed in this matter either from OGC, OPR or both?
