Reference'our discussion during this morning's Branch meeting: I~e.spoken with SC Battle. While there has not been any formal request of CIRG, he advised the collection of information has already started at FBIHQ, with· the initial' foCus being on the identification of (a) 'all Agents who p,articipated (Of are participating).in detainee interviews, both at GTMO and in Iraq; and, (b) all Agent personnel who have served (are serving) as OSCs. There may also be a SSCI staffer briefing scheduled on interview and interrogation techniques employed by the FBI. Frankie advised there has not been a request to produce e-mail documents, however, I think it would be prudent to anticipate such-' a request and begin to retrieve as much as we can from within CIRG. As such. please task your folks who rotatedihrouSYhe GTMO TDYs to attempt the retrieval of GroupWise e-mail relative to this issue. Finall would you attempt to pull together the TDY rosters for the time period we
