I am looking for s guidance. DOD Military investigators (C ,ICIS) have reached out to SAs in the
field who NILDU TDY to Afghanistan. These contacts have . been regarding allegations of detainee
abuse or deaths. The two calls I have fielded were requests to interview SAs as witnesses. Thus far, I
have had any SA who is contacted, refer the investigator to IvILDU.
Can I cet some ouidance or clarification on how.to proceed in this matter either from OGC, OPR or both?
Thanks,
