CPTIIIIIIIIII,

thanx for the rapid response.

Sir - In addition, the Mobile interrogation team (MIT) we received around
time, was just pulled from us. To mitigate thipperson team being pulle_-
are pushing the 2 x ex 97Es from the civilian_

NT Support Teams which came to us a
couple of weeks ago and putting them at the cage. They can conduct screening of detainees
in order to provide more focus time on the detainees of intel value. may have to relook
the 24 hour ops we are currently sustaining

respectful)

Subjec : MG Miller Visit

Just had visit by MG Miller. He stayed about 15 min. Summary of his
visit as follows:

1.
Didn't ask any questions about interrogation opns.

2.
The 14 day standard is theater-wide and non-negotiable except for
issues involving transportation of detainees

3.
They are reorganizing operations at the JIDC so we will have DS
interrogators there working on our detainees to extract the info we
specifically request

4.
There is an overall shortage of interrogators. Don't expect a MIT
unless there's an operation that warrants us getting plussed up. If
they give to us they take away from someone else

5.
Didn't address any of the issues stemming from Abu G. or question us
about our tactics here

6.
Told us we were good leaders and we had a fine facility

7.
It was a true "check the block" visit - absolutely worthless

8.
I didn't get a coin - he probably doesn't have one
