Sir, here is the feedback on today's Tiger Team and upcoming events/taskers:
1.
Based on BG Coggin's brief, LTG Alexander would like to review investigative timelines with CID personnel tomorrow. Apparently he read over the MG Taguba report this weekend and thinks there may be a pattern between critical events and abuses (e.g., riot/abuse; escape/abuse; MI soldier killed by mortar/abuse; etc). He _ would like to convene a review team to develop a Logic-Group of Abuse-Picture dates with potential triggering events to confirm pattern.

2.
Service Principals will meet w/ SECDEF 1100 today for meeting to focus on the following discussions:

Deaths, homicides, and investigations ICRC issues (probably focusing on camp visits, scheduling, etc) Migration of interrogation techniques and interrogators (GTMO-to-Baghram-to-lraq) Replacement of LTG Sanchez with General Casey Transition of prisoners out of Abu Ghraib Update on BG Karpinski
3.
ICRC is meeting Thursday with OSD NCRC Chief may/may not be invited.

4.
Working the last CID HASC OAF approved by you last night; currently being staffed to required Staffs prior to submission. Sir, will run any recommended changes from OTJAG/Staffs by you I submission (if any). In the meantime, I am sending hardcopy cover doc for your signature with SGM _ho is coming down for Calendar scrub.

5.
Also working the Schlesinger Specified/Implied/Essential for your review prior to the 1500 turn-in.

Any additional guidance for integration?
