Task - Has CID contacted and interviewed a SGT (no name given) in the 372nd MP CO and if the SGT reported abuse in Abu Ghraib to CID in FT Lee in DEC 03.
(U) Answer - SGTallof the 372d MP Co arrived attalliee CID Office yesterday afternoon (24 May 04) with his Army TDS lawyer. SG i advised that he witnessed O(b)-1, (6)( -)N prisoner abuse in Abu Ghraib, that he had informed his chain of command of the abuse, and that he had other information (no further info on that). He and his lawyer advised that they would come back to the CID office on Wednesday (26 May 04), after they had time to consult together. Investigation continues.
