NAVSTA Rota Commanding Officer reported a military working dog handler from his Security Department is TDY to Iraq. Apparently, the handler works at Abu Ghraib prison and although he was not implicated in the abuses which apparently took place there, provided a statement to Army CID. If you possess a copy of the statement, can you forward it to us for Command apprisal? MWD handler is:
