idder Request

Dear Col...1a

My colleague, ell1111111111111111 sends hs regards and suggested I direct this request to you.
I am hoping you can sent up an intervi w with Gen. McNeill to talk about the publicly
releasable information related to the mmander's Inquiry he ordered into the deaths of
two detainees, aninilla andel/1M a e Bagram Collection Point in December 2002. It
is likely the general will remember the i•cidept. One of the detainees, 4111.111/11111 was
found dead in his cell, hanging from the c ilifig by his arms, his body badly bruised.
Officers familiar with Gen. McNeill's in And the CID report saidhhad been
hanging in that position "for days." LTC the army pathologist who
conducted the autopsy classifed the death as homocide and at least four MI interrogators
and MP soldiers were titled for abuse. -
