I spokeCAth the Military Liason 8 Detainee Unit, they are reviewing the request and trying to determine
the time needed to ensure a proper search They are cOncemed that the request is rather broad and will
necessitate a broader search than is typically requested by NCIS (Before I sent it to MLDU, I spoke to
the reqiiestor about narrowing the request and got it to inhat•s descnbed in the EC I wrote ) I am going

to speak to MLDU at the end of the day tomorrow for anlassessment After that, I'll contact the requestor
from NCIS to delerthine if he has any objection'to the proposed time frame
