Last night we sent out a cable to all posts to prepare them for anticipated media attention given the transfer of the Danish and UK detainees - we normally do this with any release or transfer from GTMO. I neglected to properly characterize the nature of the transfer of the UK detainees - point out to posts that the UK detainees are really in a different category from the Danish detainee and were not an outright release. We are sending out a corrected version this morning and will get it around shortly for your review/clearance.
