QUeSTION: There was a piece in yesterday's Financial Times which said that the U.S. has decided now not to return to China any of the Uighur detainees that irs holding in Guantanamo. Has the U.S. come to that decision, finally?
MR. BOUCHER: I don't have any news on that. Usually, the news on detainees comes from the Pentagon, anyway. But I don't have anything about that at this pOint
