We are reminded every day listening to briefings irom the CENTCOM commanders as they cOn!'.tantly assess and reassess "the miSSion" in order to be victcrious in Iraq_ Their continu.,lIy changing war plan and its successful implementation IS a result of listening to the people In the field on whom they rely \0 provide them with the latest Information.
