Email to Frankie Battle in response to an email sent by the NCAVC. The author states that this email contains two (2) EC's and they have sent the "main email to both the Miami Division and Counterterrorism". The author also states that they have sent the current email to "every BAU SSA who spent time in Guantanamo". The balance of the email is completely redacted.

b6 -1 b7C -1 b6 -1 b7C -1 From: To: Date: Subject: Fri, Apr 4, 2003 4:22 PM The GTMO EC dated 3/25/03 Dear Mr. Battle, Email contained two ECs written by SS . land I are responding to the aril giantio the NCAVC b.dated 3/27/03. This dated 3/25/03. The main E has been sent to both the Miami Division and Counterterrorism. Let me preface this Email by saying that although r -is not currently in GTMO, we have discussed the contents of this at length and she shares the same concerns and questions on which I will elucidate shortly. We have sent this Email to every BAU SSA who spent their required time in GTMO because they will be in a position to understand what issues we are addressing. We also understand that there may be those that do not agree in part or in whole with our opinions. However, since we were "in the box" when these ECs came out, the task then of responding to them has fallen squarely on our shoulders. My time down here will be shortly coming to an end and althougtr-ls gone, she spent the majority of her required 45 days on the ground in GTMO. We feel that our tenure here has now placed us into a much better position from which to provide some insinht into the 3/25/03 EC.I b6 -3. b7C -1 b6 -1 b7C -1 b6 -1 b7C -1.
