An FBI agent who served at Guantanamo is responding to an EC sent to NCAVC, dated March 25, 2003. The agent states that the current email was on behalf of themself and another agent, and was also being sent "to every BAU SSA who spent their required time in Guantanamo because they will be in a position to understand what issues we are addressing". Let me preface this Email by saying that although discussed the contents of this at length and she shares the same concerns and questions on which I will elucidate shortly.
