It is now 2240 DoD clears on this (hopefully final version) of the cable — Please let me know if any of you have significant problems with any of the final changes -- there are several modifications from the version I sent out just after 10PM DoD is deathly afraid of leaks tomorrow prior to the official press conference at 1315. we need to decide when to send this out tomorrow morning.
